Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate are the predictions?
Our predictions are based on historical exam data and consensus patterns from hundreds of examinees. While we can't guarantee exact scores, our analysis typically provides a reliable estimate of your performance. The accuracy improves as more examinees contribute their answers, creating a stronger consensus.
How is consensus calculated?
Consensus is calculated by analyzing answer patterns from multiple examinees. We use statistical methods to identify the most common answers and their confidence levels. The system weighs recent exam data more heavily and accounts for patterns in question difficulty and topic areas.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. Your exam answers are processed locally in your browser and stored in your browser's session storage. We never store your individual answers on our servers. We use standard web security practices including HTTPS for data transmission and follow Next.js security best practices.
How do I upload my answers?
You can upload your answers in two ways: 1) Using our CSV template, which you can download from the Analysis page, or 2) By uploading a PDF of your answer sheet. The system will automatically process your answers and provide immediate analysis.
What do the confidence levels mean?
Confidence levels indicate how certain we are about the consensus answer. High confidence means strong agreement among examinees, medium confidence shows some variation, and low confidence indicates significant disagreement. These levels help you understand which questions might need more attention.
How much historical data do you have?
We maintain a comprehensive database of exam results and consensus data from multiple exam periods. This includes answer patterns, topic performance, and pass rates. The data is continuously updated with each new exam period.
What happens to my data after analysis?
Your individual exam answers are only stored in your browser's session storage and are automatically cleared when you close your browser. We only use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our analysis and predictions. You can clear your session data at any time by closing your browser.
How can I improve my score?
Our analysis provides detailed insights into your performance across different topics and question types. Use this information to identify your strengths and weaknesses. We recommend focusing your study efforts on areas with lower confidence or where you've made confident misses.
What do the different metrics mean?
Our analysis includes several key metrics: Accuracy (your correct answers), Confidence Rate (how certain you were about your answers), and Confident Misses (questions you were sure about but got wrong). These metrics help you understand your performance patterns and areas for improvement.
How do you handle different exam versions?
We account for different exam versions by analyzing answer patterns across all versions. Our system identifies equivalent questions and adjusts the analysis accordingly, ensuring accurate predictions regardless of which version you took.
